About Me

My journey into supporting others through movement and energy work hasn’t followed a straight path — it’s been deeply personal, shaped by life, love, grief, and growth. Over the years, I’ve been a carer, a guide, a mother, and a space-holder for children and families facing some of life’s hardest moments.

Much of my experience has come from real life — not textbooks. I supported my son through the loss of his mother when he was just three. I’ve worked closely with foster children navigating the absence of parental figures, helped children with ADHD and attachment disorders, and supported adults with learning difficulties alongside their families. These experiences taught me more about compassion, resilience, and emotional connection than any course ever could.

Today, I provide movement classes for children that are designed to support their emotional wellbeing as much as their physical health. These sessions are gentle, engaging, and rooted in the understanding that every child is unique — and so is the energy they carry.

I’ll be introducing Chakradance Kids — a movement-based wellbeing programme that helps children build emotional literacy, confidence, and self-awareness through music, creative expression, and imaginative play. For parents who are new to chakras or energy-based practises, it’s like a mindful dance class where kids can express their emotions, grow in self-awareness, and feel emotionally supported — all through fun and gentle movement.

For spiritually-aware families, Chakradance offers something deeper. It guides children through the chakra system using music, dance, and creative practises to support emotional balance, intuition, and a connection to their inner light. It’s a beautiful way for kids to stay grounded, connected, and confident in who they are.

My approach is grounded in calm energy and spiritual awareness. Whether you’re joining an online movement class or exploring energy-based practises, my goal is always to create a supportive environment where people feel seen, held, and gently guided.

about-inner

Five years ago, I experienced a spiritual awakening that changed everything. It called me to look inward — to heal my own childhood trauma, challenge limiting beliefs, and learn what it truly means to love myself. I’ve been working with my own masculine and feminine energies, learning how to live from a place of balance and lead with a heart that’s full of compassion and strength.

This inner work has shaped everything I offer now. I don’t just teach movement — I create spaces that help people reconnect with themselves and the energy they hold within.
