Program Details
Each program runs for 9 weeks, one per week. Each session last 60 minutes.
Booking & Payment
- To secure your place in the program, full payment must be made in advance.
- Bookings are non-refundable but may be transferred in specific cases (see below).
Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling.
- Missed sessions without prior notice cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
- Missed class due to illness/ family emergency a credit note will be given towards any furture classes within chakradance kids.
General Policy
- By booking, you agree to follow all guidelines and respect the space and other participants.
- Sessions start promptly at the scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shorter session.
- If the program is cancelled by the instructor, a replacement session or credit will be offered.
